"The seller’s description was way off"
I’m disappointed because the seller made this sound like something completely different from what actually showed up. I ordered based on their description, but it really wasn’t as described at all.

"Wish I’d read the reviews first"
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The return process ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected, and the refund took forever to come through. Definitely not a great experience.

"box showed up crushed"
the package arrived banged up, and the box was crushed in a few spots. luckily the item inside seemed okay, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

"Sizing was really off"
I ordered my usual size thinking it would be fine, but the fit was just... weird. It was tight in some places and baggy in others, like it wasn’t made for the same body. I checked the size chart too, but it didn’t help much at all...

I looked around bazyths.com for a bit, it didn’t really make me feel that confident. Some of it looked fine at first, but they don’t give much clear info, and it left me unsure about ordering or putting my details in.
Maybe it’s worked out okay for other people, but I’d personally be careful. I just couldn’t find enough to make it feel established or trustworthy, so for me it was more of a 2-star experience.

Not gonna lie, the tracking was frustrating. It never really matched up with when my delivery was actually happening, so I had no idea what to expect.

Overall, I had a decent experience. The prices seemed fair for what I got, and the quality was a little better than I expected for the price. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, but I didn’t feel like I overpaid either.
The only thing that bugged me was the shipping, since it took a bit longer than I was hoping. So I’m kind of in the middle, happy with the product and value, just not thrilled about the wait. I’d probably order again, but I’d plan for extra delivery time

"Decent product, but no follow-up"
It’s okay overall. The product works fine, but the material feels a little cheap, so I can’t say I’m super impressed. I also never got any follow-up after buying it, which was kind of disappointing. Not terrible, just not amazing either.

"Better support than I expected"
I had a minor issue with my order on Bazyths, so I reached out to customer service not expecting much or a quick response. To my surprise, they got back to me the same day, which was already better than I thought it would be.
The person helping me was friendly and actually read what I wrote instead of sending some generic reply. It did take one more message to fully get things sorted, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but compared to what I expected, it was a solid experience overall.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from bazyths.com and the shipping was just really slow. I kept checking the tracking and it barely seemed to move for days. Something about it felt more frustrating than it needed to be. I waited way longer than I expected, so I probably won’t order from them again.

"Comfortable once they settle in"
I got a pair from bazyths.com i wasn’t sure at first, actually, I ended up liking them a lot. I wore them all day at work and my feet weren’t sore like they usually are by the end of the day. The fit felt true to size for me, not tight or awkward around the toes. They did take a little bit to break in, but after that they were really easy to wear. Overall, I’m happy with them

"Honestly, it was just frustrating to use"
I tried using bazyths.com and ended up giving up. The pages were loading slowly for me, the menus felt all over the place, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic information. Then the checkout/login area was confusing too, and at that point I was like, give me a break. Overall, it was not a good experience.
